How it works

1. BOOK YOUR CONSULT

The consultation is a 10-minute phone call for you to ask questions and for Kasey to give you information about the therapy process. You’ll decide together if Kasey is the best fit for your journey!

2. SCHEDULE YOUR INTAKE

You will either schedule your intake with Kasey during your consultation or by using the link Kasey will send to your email. You will have brief intake paperwork to complete once the session is scheduled.

3. ATTEND YOUR FIRST SESSION

Once your paperwork is complete, all you need to bring to your intake session is yourself and an open mind! Kasey will go over the information you provided in your paperwork and discuss a treatment plan that works best for you.

Pricing & Services

individual Session - $140

An individual session at Rosemeade Counseling is 45-50 minutes in length and what most people would consider a "typical" therapy session. Together we will create goals and a plan of action to help you reach them! I promise I will say more to you than, "and how does that make you feel?" and "hmmm did your mom tell you that?" Brainspotting is available in both the individual and intensive session lengths. There is a one time initial intake that will be 60 minutes and $160.

mini session - $75

A 25-minute mini session is the perfect option for people who no longer need the length of a standard session, but aren't quite ready to end services all together. They can also be great for check-ins between sessions and for clients who aren't able to get away from their responsibilities for a full hour: think lunch breaks or while your kids watch an episode of their favorite show!

intensive session - $230

80-minute intensives are GREAT for those who feel like a standard session isn't enough time to get to the meat of the problem but don't want to schedule more than one session in a week. These are also utilized with clients typically receive individual counseling, but would like their partner, family member, or a friend to join us for a session. Intensives can be a cost effective option for those looking to go longer between sessions.

Brainspotting Session

Brainspotting is a powerful therapeutic approach used to help process unresolved trauma, emotional pain, and mental health challenges like anxiety or depression. Similar to EMDR, it works by accessing the brain's deeper emotional centers through specific eye positions, helping you release stored trauma and emotions that may be impacting your well-being. Brainspotting is utilized at no additional charge and will be utilized at the discretion of both you and your therapist during a typical or intensive session.

“Do not feel guilty for prioritizing your emotional well-being. You deserve to feel well. You are worth it.”

private pay & out-of-network services

Rosemeade Counseling does not contract with any insurance companies and operates as a private pay and out-of-network practice only. If you would like to submit a claim to insurance for possible reimbursement, a Superbill will be provided to you monthly upon request. Rosemeade Counseling uses Stripe card processing, allowing clients to pay with a credit or debit card, an HSA or FSA card, Venmo, or split between multiple payment methods. Payment is due the day of your appointment, unless otherwise specified. If you have any questions about if private pay or OON services are right for you, reach out to Kasey at kasey@rosemeadecounseling.com or by using the “Contact” section on the Home Page.

What are the benefits of using private pay & out of network services vs using insurance?

No Labeling - You don’t have to carry an unnecessary (and possibly inaccurate) diagnosis on your medical record just for the purpose of insurance reimbursement.

Confidentiality & Privacy - Unlike when utilizing insurance, your session notes, progress, and treatment plans are kept between you and your therapist only. If you are not receiving insurance reimbursement, we are able to fully keep any diagnoses, life experiences situations between us and out of the hands of insurance companies your formal health record.

Self-Determination - You and your therapist get to decide together what therapeutic techniques and time frames are right for you. Your progress and ability to meet with your therapist will never be hindered by what an insurance company thinks is best for you.

Sliding Scale Services - If a financial emergency arises and you are no longer able to afford services for a specific amount of time, you will likely be able to continue with your therapist at a rate that works for you vs needing to pause services all together.

Checking your out-of-network benefits:

If you would like to submit a superbill for insurance reimbursement, you are strongly encouraged to contact your insurance carrier to find out the benefits of your particular plan before your first appointment. Rosemeade Counseling will not speak with your insurance company on your behalf. You can typically find this information on your insurance portal, or by calling the benefits number listed on your insurance card. It’s recommended to ask what, if any, reimbursement you will receive for out-of-network mental health services.
